East Bound is a sustainable ski company driven to restore the disappearing snowfall on the East Coast.
Growing up on the East Coast, I used to ski every weekend in powdery snow. Now we’re lucky to get a few snowy days a year, with most ski mountains consisting of ice and man-made snow.
The lack of snowfall is due to warming winters, which inspired me to create a ski brand who’s mission, through sustainable practices, is to bring back the snow. I chose to give East Bound a positive and bright identity to illicit hope in snow revival while keeping the story of snowmelt central to the brand.
